I will Quit After...!!

Hey Tim Mitchell here and who else has said these magic words? I will quit after they are 2 dollars a pack, 3 dollars a pack, 4 dollars a pack, 5 dollars a pack 10 dollars per pack.

I struggled with this and I struggled to quit smoking. I tried everything. Nothing worked. My grandma died of pneumonia brought on by emphysema. I continue to smoking even after watching her suffer and eventually drown in her own fluids.

My mother was diagnosed with emphysema a few years ago. That had no effect on me. I listened for years as her cough got worse and worse. My ex-wife used to wake up in the middle of the night and have to throw up because of the smokers cough she had developed over the many years of smoking.

But yet day after day I would go to the store and buy yet another pack of smokes. I wanted to quit and I tried the patch, the pills, the gum, the hypnosis all to no avail.

Then one day I took my young son to the doctor and found out he had asthma. Well that was it. I made up my mind that I would quit then and not quit after anything else happened. So I set out to find a quit smoking product that could actually help me.

Well with determination and dedication I found my product. It was a spray called Smoke Deter. Seemed funny but it had no nicotine it was not an electric cigarette, and it was all natural. I gave it a try and I found that it settled my cravings and I was able to give up the habit of smoking.

What a life transforming experience or me. My life has been full of fun and excitement and I can finally be active again without gasping for breath. I enjoy spending time with my children in outdoor activities that I never could do as a smoker. Life is again a beautiful thing now that I stopped telling myself that I will quit after…

Millions of people all over the world smoke cigarettes. Almost all of these people understand the serious health risks involved with smoking and are therefore always looking for a way to help them stop. Unfortunately, the addiction to nicotine is a powerful one and isn't easily conquered. Almost everyone who attempts to quit smoking will fail without a good deal of help, support and advice. Here are a few proven tips to help you quit smoking.

Stop smoking tip 1: Understand why you want to stop smoking. Convince yourself that smoking will end your life prematurely and that you want to live.

Stop smoking tip 2: Make yourself a list of the reasons why you want to quit smoking. This list might include such things as feeling better, love for your family, desire to stay healthy, etc. The more personal you can make this list, the more effective it will be to help you quit.

Stop smoking tip 3: Gather support for your endeavor. For example, if your spouse also smokes, either get them to quit with you or at the very least convince them to keep their smoking away from you. Many people who attempt to quit say that being around other people smoking is the hardest part and often what leads them to failure.

Stop smoking tip 4: Find an activity to take your mind off the cravings. Many people find that beginning an exercise program at the same time you quit smoking is very effective. Not only will the exercise program take your mind off the craving for cigarettes, it will also encourage you as your stamina increases and your lungs improve. This can be very rewarding and reinforce your desire for success. Also, many people find they gain weight when they quit smoking. The exercise can offset that weight gain and remove a possible reason to resume smoking.

Stop smoking tip 5: Enlist a partner to help you weather the storm. Many people find it easier to stop smoking if they do it with someone else. Some people like to compete with the other person while others simply need someone who understands what they are going through.

No one has ever said that quitting smoking is easy, but it can be done. Millions of people have used the quit smoking tips above to be successful. Gather your information and get started as soon as possible.
